The total planned construction scale of this project is 150,000 square meters, and five phases of construction are planned. Among them, Hotwon project has 230 high-power cabinets and supporting infrastructure. It took 70 days for Hotwon to organize the mobilization of construction until the first delivery on December 25, 2020. The delivery of IDCs with such a complex scale is rare in the domestic industry. Efficient delivery will provide a benchmark and example for the IDC client market of Ningxia Mobile Data Center in the future. It marks that Ningxia data center industry has entered a completely new development process, and it is a model for carrying out the instruction of "striving to build the first area for ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin".

Hotwon Project of Ningxia Mobile Zhongwei Data Center

The Pre-sale Consultant of Hotwon introduced the general situation of engineering, construction and technology of Hotwon of Ningxia Mobile Zhongwei Data Center. The cabinets of the project are all closed by hot channel, which combines the characteristics of containers with the building requirements of data center, and follows the national standards of prefabricated building. The IT module computer room, power room and auxiliary facilities all adopt the prefabricated construction mode of container factory. Because of the replicability of prefabricated modular design, it is suitable for the later expansion construction of data center. It can realize the multi-directional monitoring of servers, cabinets, micro modules and infrastructure, make the data center flat, simple, de-expertization and automatic operation, make the computer room safer and more energy-saving, reduce the labor operation and maintenance cost by 30% to 50%, and provide clients with good IDC services after delivery.
